Hey look, first of all you are the consumer. You give these establishments your hard earned money for a few reasons. To live and survive in this world none of us asked to be in. To beautify yourself. To promote yourself, your kids, and your household with items and materials with the constitutional rights that you have been afforded by your forefathers.
The bottom line is the guy or girl behind the counter are making their way in life just like you and I. If these customer service agencies are being ignorant to your needs cause they just don’t know what the heck they are doing that is one thing. But when they refuse to listen to your needs and go get a subject matter experts opinion on your issue , that is just stupidity. They have just displayed defiance in upholding the customer is always right rule. More often these employees will make your life miserable because they don’t want the boss to know that they don’t know what the heck they talking about. More often than not these workers behind the counter or agencies attempt to promote a god like appearance to demean and condescend your character. You should feel insulted. Outside of just plain slapping someone for your respect, you deserve better. Unfortunately physical actions could land you in jail so be careful.
This blog is designed to put your concerns out there. This is your protest. You have the opportunity to make the businesses change its practices or change its zip code. This forum is also designed to warn other consumers of your experiences. You see, the business is not making money off of you, cause they know you will not come back. What keeps them in business is the unsuspecting consumer who does not know any better. We must let the buyer beware.
The voice of many speaks louder than the voice of one. This site is the voice of many. Owners and employees will be watching this site to see if they make the Most Not Wanted List. As a whole when an establishment is mentioned more than a few times, people tend to be weary of places that will not treat them right. Word of mouth is very powerful. If an owner wants a allow a single dummy in their workplace to promote bad customer relations, it will be their undoing. These businesses truly believe that they don’t need your individual business. They believe that if their door is open people will come. Let’s take a stand. Their door will be open but know one will come. When they can’t pay the bills the doors will shut. Together we will warn others about their bad business practices. This is our time to protest the “Bad Killeen Businesses”
